Fused cast AZS 41 block description
fused cast AZS 41 refractory block is high quality refractory with zircon sand and industrial alumina powder as its raw material, and the percentage of ZrO2 is 41%. Among zirconia-alumina brick (AZS) series, fused cast AZS 41 refractory block has the best corrosion resistance from glass liquid, and the glass pollution nearly close to null.
Fused cast AZS 41 refractory block mainly used for sidewalls, doghouses, throat, bottom budding, Dam blocks, electric block corners. Fused Cast AZS blocks are the most widely used materials both in glass contact and superstructure of glass melting furnaces.
