    The raw material of fused cast AZS block series are zircon sand ,industrial alumina powder and Silica, short for AZS block. AZS refers to alumina, zirconia and silica. Fused cast AZS block has good slag eroding and corrosion resistance. With excellent heat resistance and thermal shock resistance, the furnace not change under high temperature.

    Fused cast AZS block introduction

    Fused cast AZS block is one kind of fused cast block, AZS means alumina、zircon、silica, it is the major raw materials of the fused cast AZS block.Fused cast AZS blocks usually named fused cast zircon corundum block ,according to the ZrO2 content difference ,can be named fused cast AZS 5.5 block , fused cast AZS 33 block,  fused cast AZS 36 block, fused cast AZS 41 block and so on. Also according to the brick if have shrinkage cavities, we call them PT, QX, ZWS, WS.
